Ready to Serve - Each ham is fully cooked. It can be served cold. We suggest room temperature for maximum flavor.
Heat to Serve - Place ham on rack in roasting pan sliced side down. Heat at 250 degrees Fahrenheit for 13 minutes per pound. Use ham right away or freeze as soon as possible for later consumption. Can stay frozen for up to a year.
Sauces or Glazes - You may use the following sauce recipes or use the ham glaze included with the ham. To use the glaze package, you will need to remove the ham from the oven 1/2 hour before the end of total heating time. Empty contents of glaze package into small saucepan. Add 4 teaspoons warm water. Heat glaze mixture on high, stirring constantly, until glaze begins to boil. Using a glazing brush, apply glaze immediately by brushing it evenly over the surface of the warm ham. (For a thicker glaze, allow glaze to cool 4 to 5 minutes before applying to ham.) Heat glazed ham uncovered at 250 degree for 25-30 minutes. Remove glazed ham from oven and serve.

** To hydrate dried fruits: In a saucepan, cover fruit with water. Bring to a boil, remove from heat, then cover and set aside for 15 minutes. Drain before adding to sauce. ENJOY!
